Database Cleaning - 12th October 2011

 

 

As part of our screening of your data, we can now carry out database cleaning for you. This can include some or all of the following:-

 ·           Deduplication based on postcode fragments and name pattern matching; including grouping of contacts by household. If you maintain several databases we can deduplicate over all of these. 

·           Salutation formation based on combinations of title, forename and surname 

·           Address updates using Royal Mail’s National Change of Address file. 

·           Address suppression for gone aways, and households registered with the mailing and telephone preference services.
